### 1. Your Right to Erasure
Under Section 34 of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and Article 17 of the GDPR, you have the right to request permanent deletion of your personal data held by ChopShift.

### 2. Self-Service Deletion
- **Diners with Accounts:** Sign in at chopshift.com/customer/account, scroll to Data & Privacy, and click "Delete Account & Data" for immediate permanent erasure.
- **Restaurant Operators:** Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Data Safety → Request Workspace Deletion.
- **Guest Diners (without accounts):** Email privacy@chopshift.com with your phone number, email, or receipt reference, and our Data Protection Officer will scrub your records within 30 days.

### 3. Statutory Exceptions
Payment transaction ledgers and VAT receipts are retained for seven (7) years as required by the Nigerian Companies Income Tax Act (CITA) and VAT legislation before being purged.
